Terms and Conditions for National Cricket Academy (NCA)

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by the National Cricket Academy (NCA). By enrolling in the NCA and using its facilities and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals who meet the age and skill criteria set by the NCA. Specific programs may have additional eligibility requirements.
Application Process: Prospective students must complete the application form and provide all required information accurately. The NCA reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on its criteria.
Fees: Enrollment is subject to the payment of applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Code of Conduct
Behavior: Students are expected to maintain a high standard of behavior, showing respect towards coaches, staff, fellow students, and property. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated.
Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must inform the NCA in advance of any absences.
Dress Code: Students must adhere to the dress code specified by the NCA, including wearing appropriate cricket attire during training sessions and matches.
3. Training and Facilities
Use of Facilities: Students are granted access to NCA facilities during scheduled training sessions. Use of facilities outside these hours requires prior approval.
Equipment: Students are responsible for the proper use and care of NCA equipment. Any damage caused by misuse may result in penalties or reimbursement costs.
Health and Safety: Students must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the NCA. This includes undergoing necessary medical check-ups and following injury prevention protocols.
4. Payment Terms
Fee Payment: Fees must be paid in full according to the payment schedule provided by the NCA. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the NCA.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Information: The NCA collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By enrolling, students consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality: Students must keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information related to the NCA and its operations.
6. Media and Publicity
Photographs and Videos: The NCA may take photographs and videos during training sessions and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, students consent to the use of their images for these purposes.
Public Statements: Students must not make public statements on behalf of the NCA without prior authorization.
7. Liability and Indemnity
Assumption of Risk: Participation in cricket training involves inherent risks. Students voluntarily assume all risks associated with training and competition.
Liability: The NCA is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during training or use of its facilities, except where caused by the NCA’s gross negligence.
Indemnity: Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless the NCA, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising out of their participation in NCA programs.
8. Termination
Termination by NCA: The NCA reserves the right to terminate enrollment for breach of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or other valid reasons.
Termination by Student: Students may terminate their enrollment by providing written notice to the NCA. Refunds of any fees paid will be subject to the refund policy.
9. Amendments
Changes to Terms: The NCA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
